    James Kimbrell

    Manager, Information Systems

    James Kimbrell has been the Manager of Information Systems for the City of Hardeeville since October of 2021. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT field with various industry verticals. James is adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences and has a long-term goal of having the City of Hardeeville listed as one of the top 50 digital cities in the United States for municipalities of similar size.

    Hunter Barras

    IT Network Administrator

    Hunter Barras joined the city in July 2022. He has over seven years of experience in the IT industry applying hardware and software design, installation, administration, and configuration. In his role as Network Administrator, he supports the users of the city by ensuring the city’s technological needs are met in a timely, secure, and reliable manner.
