City Attorney

Prina Maines provides legal advice and representation to the City Council, the City's boards and commissions, the City Manager and other City officials and employees on a broad range of issues. The City Attorney is appointed by City Council. Prina advocates and negotiates on behalf of the City and also advises City officials in a variety of subject areas. The City Attorney does not provide legal advice to citizens. Citizens seeking legal advice should contact a private attorney or call the South Carolina Bar Association for resources on locating a lawyer.
